Tybalt Capulet
When he was just seven years old, his mum died, his dad remarried and Tybalt was shipped off to boarding school. He's been angry ever since: at his dad for sending him away - at his little sister Juliet for not being sent away – at his big sister Jess for managing to be old enough to leave home.
But angry most of all at Montague, the ratbag who was driving the car that killed his mum. No car crash, no death of mum, no boarding school. It’s all Montague’s fault...
He's on the verge of getting kicked out of school. Tybalt seems to be on a mission to make a nuisance of himself whether it be starting fights on the terraces (he’s a rabid Blues fan), mugging younger kids for smokes and small change, or causing trouble in the local pub.
The only place he is at all welcome is Friar’s internet cafe. Friar is prepared to try and take Tybalt under his wing – and as long as the Friar is prepared to dole out some decent hash, Tybalt’s ready to play along.
